TUL Residential Area of Lodz University of Technology has 9 student dormitories, with a total of 2521 beds, including: 20% in single rooms and 80% in double rooms, as well as 100 places in superior guest rooms.

All student residences are connected to the Internet via a fiber-optic network, some of them additionally equipped with a wireless WiFi network. TUL Residential Area is monitored.

Entrance to Campus C is facilitated by an electronic parking system.

The dormitories have  kitchen annex, laundry facilities, gyms, fitness rooms, recreation room, billiard, ping-pong, study and TV rooms.

An unquestionable advantage of TUL Residential Area is its good location: a short distance from the city center - a 10-minute walk to Piotrkowska Street, with direct access to public transport, proximity to recreation areas - parks named after Msgr. Michal Klepacz and Fr. Jan Poniatowski, sports (Sports Bay), railroad station Lodz-Kaliska, Wladyslaw Reymont airport. TUL Residential Area has student clubs, a canteen, medical clinics and eating places.

TUL Residential Area also has three conference rooms and an auditorium with 291 seats, air-conditioned, soundproofed and equipped with modern audiovisual equipment.

TUL Residential Area is home to the Student Self-Government, BEST (Board of European Students of Technology), Student Tourist Club " Plazik", Student Radio "ŻAK".
