I highly appreciate my participation in the scientific research group "Octane". I would like to encourage you to pay special attention to this type of additional activity, as future employers consider it as one of the key factors in hiring.
In high school I began to be interested in robotics, and since I was always more interested in screws than soldering - the natural choice was Robotics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at TUL.
During my first class, I heard from one of the professors: "Mathematics teaches you to think." Indeed, studying mathematics allows one to acquire a number of very important competencies. Students learn to analyze, solve problems and perfect logical thinking, useful in almost any career path.
