Olympiads and contests

In order to be admitted to the first year of first-cycle studies at the Technical University of Lodz without the qualification procedure based on the results of the matriculation examination, it is necessary to register in the candidate portal and to pay the recruitment fee and to present a certificate stating that one has been awarded the title of laureate or finalist of a given Olympiad or the title of laureate of international and national competitions within the period intended for the submission of declarations of enrolment for studies in the academic year 2024/2025.

The entitlements referred to above, irrespective of the date on which they are acquired, may be exercised by candidates in the year in which they obtain their secondary school certificate.

First year students will be admitted to the first year of first-degree studies without a qualifying procedure, winners and finalists of the following central-level olympiads:*

* Candidates for architecture, industrial design engineering and design are required to take an additional drawing skills exam.  Applicants for degree programmes in which courses are taught in English/French are required to pass a foreign language examination at the upper secondary school leaving examination.
