Lodz University of Technology taught me independence and responsibility for my decisions. My studies in Materials Engineering are the foundation of my professional career. I learned the concepts around which I work: material science, strength of materials, knowledge of mechanical engineering and construction, knowledge of technological processes. Thanks to this, I can not only organize, motivate my people, but I can be a professional support for them, a creator of ideas to improve the functioning of the company in technical and technological aspects.
