If your field of study involves potential exposure to harmful, hazardous, or strenuous factors, you are required—under the Study Regulations—to undergo a medical examination and submit a relevant medical certificate to the University. The deadline for submitting the certificate is October 30, 2026.
You will receive a referral for the examination via the recruitment system in the Candidate Portal – “Student Zone” section.
With the referral, you should visit one of the healthcare facilities cooperating with the Marshal’s Office of the Lodz Voivodeship.

For students covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ) health insurance, examinations are free of charge at the facilities listed.
Where should you go if you catch an infection, need a prescription, or require a medical certificate? After the examination
Scan or take a good-quality photo of your medical certificate and send it to your faculty’s email address (Dean’s Office/administration office). You may also submit the original certificate in person to the Dean’s Office.
Failure to provide a valid certificate may result in being barred from classes and, consequently, removal from the student register. Do not delay it!
