During my first class, I heard from one of the professors: "Mathematics teaches you to think." Indeed, studying mathematics allows one to acquire a number of very important competencies. Students learn to analyze, solve problems and perfect logical thinking, useful in almost any career path. With me, there are other people who, like me, graduated in applied mathematics, and I can certainly say that graduates of this course reach the level of an experienced developer in a short time. They are able to adapt immediately to the conditions and requirements of the work they do.
