Biotechnology is considered one of the most innovative and strategic scientific fields for economic and civilization development. In this field of study, students acquire knowledge and skills that will enable them to move freely in this interdisciplinary field. They will learn the secrets of biochemistry, microbiology, genetic engineering, molecular biology or bioinformatics. The design of the educational program takes into account the latest scientific advances - students learn to design and perform genetic modifications on biological material, and learn about the opportunities offered by the use of microorganisms, enzymes and other metabolites in production. The knowledge gained allows not only to change manufacturing technology and improve already existing processes and products, but most importantly to create completely new ones. We guarantee that by using modern forms of education and focusing on the acquisition of knowledge in practice, we educate highly qualified engineers, and thanks to a wide range of elective modules or an individual course of study, students can direct their didactic path according to their interests.
