Management and Production Engineering is a field of study that combines technical knowledge with managerial skills. It prepares students not only for human resource management, but also for production, quality and logistics. The degree program provides graduates with comprehensive competencies ranging from the graphic design of a product and its packaging to the preparation of a cost statement for engineers. However, students primarily learn how to obtain the most economical production possible, gain communication skills, and accumulate knowledge in project and service management. In addition, they are able to use modern marketing tools that help them choose the right promotional methods to effectively target selected product users. The teaching offer includes not only a wide range of compulsory subjects, but also many elective course modules. The student can choose from interesting issues in related sciences, such as innovation in advertising, search engine marketing or globalization processes in the modern world.

Management and Production Engineering is a field of study that trains future managers and specialists at various levels of management. The study program offers theoretical preparation, but practical skills are a priority, so during your studies you can spend up to 24 weeks of professional internships carried out in international corporations and domestic companies. This is the perfect opportunity to gain experience from practitioners in the industry and get to know the business “inside”. However, before this happens you will gain the necessary preparation. You will learn not only advanced methods of management, but also the basics of economics, sociology and the humanities. You will learn how to apply search engine marketing, as well as learn about standardization, certification and accreditation methods. During the training, modern methods of problem solving are used, such as Design Thinking or Problem Based Learning, which will not only make the learning process more attractive, but will be able to be used by you to solve current problems in business. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take part in lectures and exercises in foreign languages, as well as expand your soft skills. Working in a group, creativity or logical thinking - combined with an engineering degree, these are great foundations for starting a successful professional career.
