About the field of study
Studies of this type relate to both the theoretical and practical strands of management science. That is why they are conducted with a focus on the development of the theory of organization and management and selected aspects of the use of management and quality science methodologies in an international context. Within the framework of the program, students carry out their own and group projects of a research nature and are involved in the implementation of projects at the faculty. The scientific and research activity of the employees of the Faculty of Organization and Management at TUL, their teaching competencies, and experience of an international nature allow to ensure substantive preparation for conducting classes. In selected cases, they are supported by practitioners representing international and Polish economic organizations, familiar with the realities of the operation of enterprises on the international market, which increases the application value of the classes conducted. The study program takes into account the needs of different sectors of the economy through an emphasis on the specificity of management in an international environment. It includes subjects such as Advanced Economics, Strategic Management and Tools in HR.

Acquired knowledge and skills in the field of management and quality sciences (management, economics, finance, marketing) are competencies required to effectively perform managerial tasks in various sectors of the economy. In addition, training in English, will enable you to prepare a workforce that meets the expectations of foreign investors and can undertake cooperation with international organizations and conduct research in the field of management science and quality. You will also learn marketing elements and tools, as well as finance and accounting concepts that will enable you to effectively manage your own business. The choice of Master of Business Studies is also an opportunity to participate in numerous collaborations with business, during which students can practice, carry out research projects and learn through field activities in companies.
